1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing partyplug.co.zw and booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws in Zimbabwe.
2. Services & Equipment Hire

Bookings: A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit.

Equipment Condition: All hired equipment (furniture, decor, props) remains the property of Party Plug Zimbabwe.

Liability: The client is responsible for any loss or damage to hired equipment from the time of delivery/setup until collection. Damages will be billed at full replacement value.
3. Payments and Cancellations

All prices are quoted in [USD/ZiG] as per prevailing regulations.

Cancellations: Cancellations made within 2 days of the event may result in a forfeiture of the deposit to cover preparation and lost opportunity costs.
4. User Conduct
Users may not use this website to:

Submit fraudulent booking inquiries.

Attempt to bypass website security (prohibited under the Cyber Security Act).

Reproduction of website content (images of our setups, logos) without written permission is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
Party Plug Zimbabwe shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from event delays due to circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), such as extreme weather or civil unrest.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Zimbabwean courts.
